Course Design and Development - Executive Protection Training Program
Trener International was recently contracted by a leading global security company to provide instructional systems design (ISD) and curriculum development services for its Executive Protection Training Academy.
Trener and the organization's training staff conducted a formal training needs assessment to identify the core competencies and skill-set desired in each graduate of the training program. Trener rapidly and efficiently identified quantifiable tasks, conditions, and standards and will utilize the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and Systems Approach to Training (SAT) model of ADDIE to Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate a comprehensive instructor-led training program.
Course deliverables include a course syllabus, instructor guide, student guide, student evaluation methodologies, logistical support plan, pilot course delivery, and a Kirkpatrick-style course evaluation process.
This program will be instrumental in providing foundational executive protection skills to recently-hired executive protection agents so they can competently and confidently perform their critical mission for the organization and its trusted partners.
